Air
Quality Services offers more than just cleaning of air ventilation systems!
The latest and finest ultraviolet and ozone technology are available
to meet your air purification needs.
Enviro-Duct
The high performance Environed Electrostatic Air Filter will
remove the dust, pollen, mold spore, and animal dander as air circulates
through your central system. These washable filters offer efficiency
and affordability with a lifetime guarantee.
Particulates
such as dust, pollen, and mold are floating in the air waiting to be
inhaled. The Enviroduct Electrostatic Air Filter is designed to trap
these particles and remove them from your indoor environment.
The
Environed Electrostatic Air Filter has been tested according to ASHRAE
52-76 test procedure with the following result: 95.3% peak arrestance;
.15 w.g. initial resistance.
There
are 40 standard sizes and custom sizes are also available.
Ultraviolet
Lights
We carry, install and service the complete Sanuvox
line of in-duct and portable air purifiers.
Any bacteria can be destroyed with UVC light.UVC Light if delivered
effectively, attacks the microorganism on a molecular level, actually
destroying the DNA of the cell. This action results in incorrect codes
being transmitted from the modified DNA, which leads to the destruction
of the microorganism. When properly delivered, UV radiation is a very
effective method of air purification.
Enriched
Pure Oxygen (O3)
O3 is also known as ozone. It is a strong cleaning, purification
and oxidizing agent. Ozone is a form of oxygen. The third oxygen atom
is loosely attached and easily separates from the ozone molecule to
combine with and oxidize other substances. Odors and pollutants are
oxidized to harmless, odorless carbon dioxide and the ozone reverts
back to pure oxygen.
Can
O3 Cure "Sick Building Syndrome"?
Tightly sealed buildings with inadequate ventilation cause the syndrome.
Odors, bacteria, molds, mildew, chemicals, smoke, carbon monoxide
and dust build up and create a health hazard.
Ozone cannot cure the cause of a sick building, but it can destroy
the airborne pollutants that create the health hazard and odors. Cleaning
the ventilation system would be a first step to eliminating the
problem. An ozone application would then eliminate smells. For more
information contact the Environmental
Health Center.
